Description

A black and white printed card featuring William O'Brien (1852- 1928). Born in Co. Cork, he was particularly involved in land reform and Home Rule movements and was frequently arrested and imprisoned over his career as a parliamentarian. He advocated a tolerant approach to nationalism and disagreed with the partition of Ireland.
