Description

One page of a letter to Dear John which sets out the transfer of the lease of Garengrena through various bequests, eventually being bought by Samuel Cooke from Elinor Gleeson (Glissan) and the children of Margaret Gleeson. These children left for Australia after the sale in 1840 and it is believed they died there. 2 July 1862
