Photographs taken by Gus Butler from Friar Street, Thurles, mostly during the 1940s and 50s. This small collection includes photos of the local branch of the Knights of Malta , the Fire Brigade and the L.D.F, all of which Gus was involved with. The images were kindly donated to Tipperary Studies by his daughter Teresa Butler.
